Wednesday, August 11 Student Leadership Check-in

  • 6–8:45 pm Student Leadership check-in (Band Building)
  • 9:00-9:45 pm Welcome Meeting

Student Leaders: Hotels will be available beginning at 3:00 pm for check-in. Check in should be completed by 5:40pm, in order to meet at the Band Building by 6pm.

Thursday, August 12 Student Leadership Retreat

  • 7:45–8:50 am Breakfast (catered, Band Building)
  • 9:00–noon Rehearsal (Section leaders and Drill Instructors only) SL #1
  • 12:00-1:30 pm Lunch (Newcomb Dining Hall)
  • 1:30–4:30 pm Rehearsal (All) SL #2 / Music rehearsal (indoors)
  • 4:30–6:15 pm Dinner (Newcomb Dining Hall)
  • 6:15–9:00 pm Rehearsal (Section leaders and Drill Instructors only) SL # 3 / Marching/Maneuvering / Indoor/office Leadership works in Band Building
  • 9:00–9:30 pm Store equipment, prepare for the next day, Evening Snack.

Color Guard and Drumline: Hotels will be available beginning at 3:00 pm for check-in. You do not have rehearsals on Thursday, August 12.
